What's Shown
The real-time flight tracker image displays ATP aircraft flying on instrument flight plans and those flying VFR with ATC radar service. VFR flights without a unique transponder code (i.e. 1200) do not appear. The majority of local training is accomplished VFR, so typically many more airplanes are flying than shown.
